Welcome to Its Optimal. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your tankless water heater purchase. This shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions for our shipping and return services.
Shipping:
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days of receipt. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on the specific model and availability of your chosen tankless water heater.
Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods through reputable carriers like USPS, DHL, UPS and FEDEX. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. You will see these costs reflected during checkout before finalizing your purchase.
Delivery Times: Delivery times will vary depending on your chosen shipping method and your location. Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
Returns:
Return Period: We offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened and unused tankless water heaters or Optimal products in their original packaging. Please note that returns are subject to a $25 return shipping fee.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your Optimal product.
Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of $25. We recommend insuring your return shipment for the full value of the tankless water heater.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned Optimal product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions:
We cannot accept returns for used, opened, or damaged Optimal product.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during return shipping.
